The job responsibilities for our Territory Service Managers are separated into two categories, these being technical support and warranty. Both of these categories are equally important to the overall success of this position. A performance and evaluation review of each category will be done to measure your progress. This will assist us with establishing your personal performance targets to ensure your continued success.
Objectives:
Provide product technical information to our dealers, conveying continual support for our mutual success and growth.
Create and nurture relationships with new and existing dealers, while working with McCormick's management and sales staff in a team environment to continually improve McCormick's product support profile.
Understand and explain products, services and policies to existing and new dealers.
Support the activities and services provided by the Territory Sales Managers in the assigned areas.
Participation in and assistance with the organization of product training.
Explain, analyze or amend individual warranty claims.
Work with sales supports staff to obtain required information for new and existing dealers.
Qualifications:
A dynamic Territory Service Manager, broadly experienced in agricultural machinery.
A confident team member and decision maker, specializing in product support.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to help the business to succeed.
Sharp analytical approach to identifying and evaluating technical issues
Knowledge of agricultural dealer business practices.
Must be willing to travel within assigned territory.
