The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to handle day-to-day parts needs for McCormick & Landini dealers based on the customers’ requirements and the company’s guidelines.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Answer heavy volume of sales calls and assist customers with orders
Communicate with suppliers on inventory and status of orders
Handle all phases of business order entry, inventory, sales & returns
Ability to access parts catalog software to aid in research and problem solving
Provide exceptional customer service through his/her ability to diffuse tense situations in a professional manner
Coordinate with all team members on special projects, when assigned, in a friendly & courteous manner

Meet & exceed customer requirements at every stage of the order fulfillment process by assuming responsibility for total customer satisfaction
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact with dealers and co-workers in a team-based environment

Knowledge & Experience:
Prior Customer Service experience
Prior inventory experience
Knowledge of general office duties, such as invoicing & filing
Computer literate with a focus on Outlook & Excel; BAAN software a plus
